PC Repairs
We've all had it happen we've been ignoring the warning sites telling ourselves as soon as school is done I'll get it looked at now the night before the test we push the button and nothing, no lights no, whirring sounds nothing it's dead a your notes are stuck inside it.
One of the worst procrastination results I've witnessed was about a week before a young woman was due to turn in her Masters Thesis and she came in to the shop where I was working and her hard drive had failed, I mean physically dead. It would have been possible that if she shipped it to Toronto or Vancouver to a clean room recovery facility they may have been able to get her data back but not in time for her to turn it in and not likely for less than 1-5 thousand dollars which was beyond her student budget. It was heart wrenching to see the realization hit her that not backing up and ignoring the symptoms had just cost her another term in University.
"Don't wait until it's no longer recoverable, we will pick it up evenings and weekends for your convenience."

Software troubleshooting can be a tricky business and will often come down purely to ones experience and software knowledge.
As a result I have a distinct advantage over some of my contemporary's due to the breadth of services I offer, and experience that I have. These two things have given me opportunities to develop a familiarity with not only an number of types of software but strong skills within using specific titles, it has also allowed me to develop a large network of knowledgable people that I can reference.
In situation in which a steep learning curve exists with the software I will adjust the bill to reflect how long it should have taken if I had been familiar with the software rather than bill actual time.
In the rare occasion it is beyond what I am comfortable learning I will refer you to the appropriate service center at no cost to you.

Removal of Viruses, Spyware, Adware, and Potentially Unwanted Programs - for a full idea of what is performed in this service please refer to our dedicated virus/spyware/adware removal page. click here
I know we all love our systems running slow, our friends calling us telling us we sent them a virus, pop up windows for casino's, viagra and adult content, and let us not forget the fealling that someone is looking over our shoulder as we enter our account number and password as we login to do our banking.
These things can be fixed, it's a little work takes a little no how and a whole lot of experience on what to watch for in the symtoms and how to check to make sure things are clean when we're are done.
In rare cases of extreme quantity's of infected files it may not be plausible to expect a stable windows operating system to exist after the cleaning and removal are completed and a full wipe and reload of windows will be recommended. In these situations should you opt for the wipe and reload of windows the virus removal charge would be waived. |
